Q: When you offer Free Shipping, how does it work?
A: When we have a Free Shipping sale, all products at Paradigm Gallery ship free to the continental US (Hawaii and Alaska incur additional shipping charges). Free Shipping does not apply for shipments to Canada. Canadian orders will be contacted with estimated shipping quote. In situations where you require expedited shipping, we can certainly do so at an additional shipping cost. Simply let us know if you'd like to expedite the delivery of any items.
Q: How do you deliver?
A: For smaller items, we typically use Fed Ex to deliver these items. In the case of oversized items like a living room set, we have joined forces with a leading logistics company to deliver your products. For larger deliveries where an appointment is required, we will attempt delivery 3 times. If your order hasn't been delivered because appointments were not met by you, additional shipping charges will be required in order to deliver. Our shipping vendors make 3 attempts. Please be respectful that any additional attempts will be charged additionally.
When you place an order, we'll let you know when order has been scheduled for delivery and when it's left our warehouses. In the case of an oversized delivery, our delivery workers will contact you 1-2 days prior to deliver to schedule a convenient time.
We pride ourselves on service, so all orders with oversized items like couches, sectionals, and bedroom sets should really consider white glove service. White glove service ensures that items are delivered inside the home, unpacked, and garbage is removed from your home. If you need any items put together, please ask the delivery workers nicely if this is possible. They may be able to accommodate you pending a tip.

Q: Can you ship to APO/FPO, P.O. boxes, Canada, or international addresses?
A: Absolutely. For Canadian and other international buyers, please contact us at 877-PGMOD-07 or email us for shipping quotes.
Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?
A: We'll send you a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. This email will state the status of your order being "Shipped", which indicates that your order has been shipped.
You can also track the status of your order through your Paradigm Gallery "My Account" link at the top of all our pages.

Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Usually, in-stock products ordered from Paradigm Gallery take about 1-2 weeks to deliver. Yes, that's a wide window of time, but we'll give you an estimate after you've placed your order. Special Order items generally take from 12-16 weeks. Shipping times also vary and we cannot guarantee shipping times on all orders. If your order is going to take longer than anticipated, you have the right to know, and we will let you know promptly.
We appreciate your business and will do whatever it takes to get your order to you asap.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: When you place an order and we schedule it for delivery, you will receive a tracking number to use. We'll indicate whether we've shipped your item and through what means (FedEx, UPS, or shipping carrier).
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know. Here are some order cancellation terms:
You may cancel your order with us at ANY time [ provided it is not a special order] , but you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If we are able to cancel your special order with the manufacturer prior to your order going into production, your order can be cancelled without penalty, otherwise special orders cannot be cancelled.

Placing Orders & Payment FAQ
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: Paradigm Gallery accepts VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payment via money order, cashiers check, or personal check. If you'd like to pay by check, please let us know. Q: How is my credit card charged?
A: If you purchased using a credit card, the charge on your statement will appear under "Paradigm".
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Paradigm Gallery does charge sales tax for orders in the state of Florida. The Tax Rate applied will range
from 6-71/2% depending on the county that we ship to.
Returns & Exchanges FAQ
Q: What is your return policy? How do I return an item?
A: Paradigm Gallery proudly offers a 14 day Return Policy on all in-stock products. If you receive your order and don't like it, we'll gladly return it for a refund of the full merchandise cost. Keep in mind that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. However, no returns are allowed on orders after 14 days.
